Mahin E Alam

Managing Editor, Visuals Editor 2021–23

Mahin E Alam is an interdisciplinary studies student and the managing editor of The Ubyssey. He served two terms as The Ubyssey's visuals editor and enjoys reporting on equity, student issues and the climate. Mahin has also been nominated for back-to-back John H. MacDonald Awards for Excellence in Student Journalism for designing covers and layout and was part of the Ubyssey masthead which won Student Publication of the Year.
