With a 2–3 record heading into the weekend and a tough schedule to close out the season, Saturday’s game against the University of Manitoba Bisons in Winnipeg bordered on must-win territory for UBC football. In Edmonton on Friday, UBC Football possessed a crucial opportunity to get back on track and go into the home stretch of the season with a winning record.
