Council heard the annual Academic Experience Survey report, which found that affordability continues to be a major concern for students. The body also approved phase one of a food bank renovation, necessitating its closure for up to three weeks in late August and early September, and gave the green light to a renovation of The Pit pub, after previously voting it down due to concerns over costs.
