“We really want to start an archery community,” says Sykes, “and not just be a club that has a skill. There’s already a community within Vancouver of archery in BC so when they heard, quite a few people reached out to us and supported us.”
Tapping into this support, The Ubyssey has put together a set of simple tips and resources for financial literacy, with many of them accessible right here on campus.
With a $4.9 million donation from the Liuzu Temple of Chan Buddhism in China, UBC is now leading a long-term international network to advance the study of Buddhism and East Asian cultures.
“We hope that [the project] makes their visits here more comfortable, more educational and more inspirational.”
What Can Be Computed? is a one-term undergraduate course fitted into a textbook. It has been carefully designed to encompass a great number of traditional theory topics appropriate for all interested students.
