Next Monday, their Majesties the Emperor and Empress of Japan will be visiting UBC. They will be meeting with Premier Gordon Campbell, as well as eating with a number of UBC professors at UBC President Steven Toope’s residence. Their visit to UBC is part of a historic tour, which began Sunday in Ottawa and will end Tuesday, July 14.
